Prices, availability, and itineraries can change until a booking is confirmed and paid according to the supplier's rules. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates of birth, and passport information as required.

Deposits, final payments, change fees, and refunds are governed by the invoice, trip documents, and supplier rules provided at booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Reynolds Travel is not responsible for supplier delays, schedule changes, or cancellations beyond our control.
5. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements. We may provide general guidance, but it is your responsibility to confirm current requirements with the appropriate government authorities.
